Shakespeare without words!

First mentoring session at Contact Theatre in Manchester. Met up with fellow “directors” from the north region. Started with looking at the purpose of drama games and how they can support the focus for rehearsals. Had some heated discussions on professional/amateur. Decided that we are community groups not amateurs as we perform at a professional level as best as we can given financial constraints AND that all our participants are doing it for love (check the meaning of amatuer!!)

Now looking forward to the skills workshops for more of our group to experience.
